berryhealthy: seriously! so annoyed seeing all these people on here saying omg only like 3 months until bikini season, i need a hot summer body, etc etc. don’t workout and eat right just because summer is coming up! do it because you want that body for life. motivation for something like summer only lasts so long. if you do it for summer you’re going to end up losing motivation when summer is over.
