My mam just said ‘You eat so much. How are you so slim?’

True, I eat the most in the house and true, I’m eating all the time - I eat more than I did when I was overweight but now I eat smart. I eat a lot of low calorie fruit and veg. I make sure I’m eating the way nature intended. The only thing I touch from the cupboard is my peanut butter, everything else is frozen and in the fridge, because if it has a long shelf life, think how long it will take for your body to digest it.
