conundrumelle: In an earlier post you talked about how you're always eating, but it's always the right things. Could you give an example of your daily noshing? Fruit and veggies, I presume? Thanks! :)

Oh yeah, non stop although I’m going to be trying intermittent fasting soon but anyway, normally I would eat: 

Meal 1: 

  • Oatmeal
  • 1 Turkey rasher

Meal 2: 

  • 1 breast of chicken with chili 
  • mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, peas, brussel sprouts or green beans)
Meal 3: 
  • Oatmeal
  • Whey protein
  • 10g of peanut butter
Meal 4:
  • Home made healthy chicken burger (yum)
  • More mixed veg 
Meal 5: 
  • Scrambled eggs (2 eggs, 3 egg whites, skimmed milk + low fat butter)
  • 1 Turkey rasher 
  • 30g of peanut butter
Extras if I’m still peakish I’ll pick from:  
  • Grapes
  • berries
  • qourn ham
  • tuna
