Anonymous: My hours at work have increased allot and i am going like 3-4hrs of constant work until i get a break, if i even can take a break and I was wondering how i can refrain from binge eating beacuse im so hungry when i do get a chance to eat. Im just wondering if you have a job and how you handle this situation or how you would handle it.

  • Eat a big breakfast, one that will keep you full. (A high protein breakfast and carbs will keep you full)
  • Can you keep a little bag of food by your side to nibble on such as nuts, grapes, seeds ect? If so, definitely keep them around. 
  • Have a packed lunch that’s filling, when you eat to eat, eat your lunch and once you’re full, you hopefully wont want anymore food.
  • Drink a lot of water, this will keep you full longer
