Anonymous: I've been trying to lose weight for such a long time and I just can't. I eat clean and I workout but I just can't lose fat. I gain muscle very easily but I just can't lose the fat on top...what should I do to change that? I do about 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of strength about 3 or 4 times a week

Give it time, if you stay consistent the fat will start to melt off when your body is ready. Are you getting too much or not enough calories? That’s essential to lose fat, make sure you’re not under eating or your body will hold on to the fat and make sure you’re not overeating so your body can burn fat away. If you’re already doing so, maybe go to your local doctor and get your thyroid checked and others, tell them you’re not losing weight no matter what and could you get checked out.
