What a difference 4 months can make.
Here’s what I did in the past 4 months to see these changes:
-Stopped counting calories and started counting protein grams
-Stopped steady-state running and began high intensity training only about once a week
-Started a concentrated lifting plan (Stronglifts)
-Stopped weighing myself every day
-Started eating everything in moderation, including candy, carbs, beer and whatever else I wantedSorry the pictures are grainy and don’t match exactly. I will start getting back into the habit of taking comparison pictures so I can better track my progress.
Here’s what photos cannot show you:
-I love myself more
-I’m objectively stronger than I was in April, physically
-I don’t worry about what I eat constantly
-I haven’t binged on food
-I haven’t worried about gaining weight
-I haven’t constantly worried about how I looked or how I was perceivedThis is what I need to learn…
